Game Description:

Embark on an action-packed adventure with ABARACA, a challenging and nostalgic Action/Puzzle/Platformer/Shooter game. Developed by Alberto Armentero and released under Armentero Games Studios, this game offers a retro gaming experience like no other. As your first-ever PC game, it carries the charm of classic game design with a unique twist.

Gameplay:

• Objective: Destroy all inner block targets with pebbles to advance to the next level within the time limit while keeping your score as high as possible.
• Levels: Battle through 21 intense levels, each more challenging than the last. The final boss battle awaits at level 21, but beware – no one, not even the developer, has confirmed what happens after destroying all the blocks.
• Enemies: Be prepared for a tough fight. Enemies reappear randomly, sometimes right in front of you, making the game extremely difficult. This is a known issue that cannot be fixed due to the limitations of the Game Maker 7 Pro engine and the loss of original extensions.

Controls:

• Movement:
  • Arrow Keys or Keypad (NUM4 for left, NUM6 for right)
  • Aim with Arrow Keys (Up/Down) or Keypad (NUM2 Up, NUM8 Down)
  • Aim Diagonally with Shift or NUM9
• Actions:
  • Press Space to pause the game
  • Press X to shoot
  • Press Z to jump

Quick Shortcuts:

• Press (F1) for the Help Menu
• Press (F4) to switch between Normal and Fullscreen mode
• Press (F5) to go to the Main Menu
• Press (F12) to reset the High Scoreboard
• Press (ESC) to exit the game or "Left Click" the close button
• Press (1) to restart the current game at the cost of 1 life
• Press (2) to show the High Scoreboard
• Press (+ or - on Keypad) to turn sound on or off

Disclaimer:

Due to the age of the game and the development environment (Game Maker 7 Pro), certain issues remain unresolved. Specifically, enemies reappear randomly after being defeated, sometimes right in front of the player, leading to unexpected and unavoidable deaths. The game is extremely difficult, and even the developer has not been able to get past level 9. Despite these challenges, we hope you enjoy this nostalgic piece of gaming history and perhaps become the first to conquer all 21 levels!
